On 04.06.2021 a COVID-19 vaccination drive was conducted successfully in Changsari and Rangiya in association with Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Assam and Udayachal- A Unit of Jadav Chandra Bhuyan Memorial Trust with a total of 96 beneficiaries. The aim was to provide vaccines to the persons with disabilities as they were unable to schedule vaccination appointment. This pandemic of COVID-19 has diversely affected these people because of their age, gender, types of disability along with many other factors. So, the beneficiaries were very thankful to the organizers and Udayachal for conducting this drive a barrier free without any discrimination.
